Aspire Gotek X Kit

The Aspire Gotek X is the (much) cheaper and more environmentally friendly alternative to disposable ecigs!

Size wise the Gotek X is not that much bigger than a Lost Mary disposable, and weighs only 52g. It is  definitely a pocket friendly kit at 81.5 x 47.6 x 19.8 mm in size.

It has a smallish internal battery at just 650mAh (not replaceable) however it lasts a suprisingly long time and should get you through the day no problem.

The kit is auto-draw with no fire buttons at all – so no fear of accidental firing mishaps in your pocket!

It features a loop on the side in which you can attach a lanyard for easy and convenient carrying.

The kit lights up blue with each inhale, and flashes repeatedly when out of charge. The only downside to this kit is that there is no indicator to show how low the battery charge is, but apart from that we can’t knock it!

Once the coil is burnt out, you just need to replace the pod itself which you can buy individually or in a pack of two. Replacements pods are available in 2ml or 4.5ml sizes.

The kit itself is very easy to set up and use, making it an easy switch for new starters, but also handy for veteran vapers to take out and about when they don’t want to carry a huge mod around!

It has a variable airflow slider on the bottom so you can alternate between a regular mouth-to-lung drag (smoking like a cigarette), to a restrictive but manageable lung-inhale drag (breathing in directly, like using gas and air if you’ve ever had it)

 Almost all 600 puff disposables are around 550mAh in battery size, so it will last longer than those before needing a charge and of course this kit has the advantage of being rechargeable through the USB Type C port.

*When filling a new pod, make sure you leave it to soak for around ten minutes or longer before you have a drag to avoid burning the coil*

The refill port is located on the side of the pod and is accessed by simply lifting the orange rubber seal.

The clear pod makes it super simple to see how much liquid is in the pod to prevent a ‘dry hit’

You can use any eliquid in this device, but if you use one with a high VG content (for example a 70/30 blend), you will most likely burn the coil out a lot faster than using a nic salt or 50/50 freebase (standard) blend.

Using the Type C port to charge, the device charges remarkably fast and doesn’t need to be left overnight to be full – around an hour and you’re good to go. A quick top up charge through the day can sometimes be necessary if you’re a heavy vaper but for most you’ll be able to get through the day without a worry.
