The 1.4 Ohm regular coil is designed for mouth to lung (MTL) vapers who prefer to inhale like you would a cigarette. They provide more heat thus giving the user a throat hit.

The 0.6 Ohm coil has been designed with a mesh technology that provides a faster and more even heating process. These coils are preferable to vapers who inhale direct to lung (DL) and enjoy a smoother vape that produces more clouds.

The 0.8 Ohm coil is also Mouth to lung and should give a better taste plus last a bit longer too. The only downside is the battery will not last quite as long. We would recommend trying just 1. If your kit still gets you through the day they will serve you bettter! The reason they are preferable is they use a mesh system rather than a tiny bit of wire wrapped around the cotton. This creates an even heat!
